Fee Scale

The following fees apply to all the schemes for which we package and should accompany the application form. Once processing of an application has commenced £75 of the fee is non-refundable. Once the valuation has been instructed, the full fee is non-refundable.

Knight Funding will pay for the first lender's reference from this Application Fee and additional reference costs will be charged for separately.

Cheques should be made payable to Knight Funding.

Where an applicant is making a portfolio application for advances on several properties on one scheme, the administration fee is discounted. One fee of £75 can be applied to 3 properties - please telephone Knight funding to agree the reduced fee.

N.B. We will normally instruct valuation straight away once a case has been initially underwritten. If you do not wish valuation to be instructed at this stage please make it clear on the application form or a covering letter. Once the valuation has been carried out the fee cannot be refunded.
