History

Knight Funding was set up in 1990 by Chief Executive Frances Scanlan, who has run businesses within the mortgage broking sector since the early 1980s when the intermediary mortgage market was in its infancy. Knight Funding delivers excellent service and the reputation for professionalism for which it is recognised. This is reflected by its membership of Professional Mortgage Packagers Alliance (PMPA).
 
Situated in Amesbury, Wiltshire, Knight Funding has traditionally specialised in niche and non conforming mortgages from an extensive lender panel that includes: Advantage, BM Solutions, Bristol and West, Capital Home Loans, Cheshire Mortgage Corporation, Commercial First, db Mortgages, First National Mortgage Company, Future Mortgages, GE Money, GMAC-RFC, Kensington, Lancashire Mortgage Corporation, Leeds Building Society, Mortgage Express, Mortgage Trust, Mortgages plc, Platform, Preferred, SPML, TMB and UCB.
