Frances Scanlan

CEO

Frances set up Knight Funding in 1990, after 6 years experience running a mortgage broking business in London in the 1980's. Although during the early days of the business Frances has undertaken every role within the business, she is now primarily involved in the strategic planning, growth and future of the business to ensure it maintains its position in the market at a time of great change.

Outside work, Frances competes in Horse Trials and also trains and works gundogs.

Lesley Munro

Head of Sales

Lesley joined Knight Funding in 1999 and has seen the company through a period of major expansion. Starting as BDM, she was quickly promoted and is now Head of Sales.

Her previous industry experience means that she is well qualified to see the company through the rapid changes required to ensure Knight Funding continues to succeed and grow.

When she's not at Knight Funding, Lesley's spending time with her husband and 2 children.

Micayla Shaw

Sales Support Manager

Micayla joined Knight Funding as an administrator in May 2003, before moving to New Business and gaining valuable experience of our lenders and products.
In 2005 Micayla took on the responsibility for the Secured Loan department.  More recently she has taken on the role of Sales Support Manager, ensuring that up to date information is on sourcing systems, visiting brokers and looking after our Satellite Packagers.
Outside of work, Kayla likes to keep fit with regular gym visits, socialising and taking well earned holidays.
